This petition is addressed to all Honorable Senators of the United States of America.

To all Distinguished Gentlemen and Women of the United States Congress.

To the Officers of FINRA and the DTCC

To the Offices of the Inspector General of the United States of America

We the undersigned are shareholders of a company named SpongeTech Delivery Systems. A company that many believe is under attack by the illegal Naked Short Selling of its stock.

 As ordinary retail shareholders we do not have the power it takes to force this issue out into the open. We do however have the constitutional right to protest and have our voices heard and acted upon by our elected officials.

 Recently several shareholders have attempted to have their stock certificates verified and possibly sent to them by their respective stock broker/dealer. These Broker/Dealers have replied with various versions of “We cannot verify the authenticity of the certificates"

 We ask all the people mentioned above. How can they not "Verify the Authenticity" of stock certificates they have sold to investors "Worldwide" Literally 100's of millions of Dollars worth.

 Distinguished and Honorable ladies and gentlemen. WE humbly ask you to look into this matter and tell us how Billions of shares for SpongeTech Delivery Systems were illegally sold into the stock market. So many in fact, that stock broker/dealers can no longer "verify the authenticity" of the shares they in fact sold.

 Distinguished and Honorable ladies and gentlemen. There is either a system wide failure to account for accuracy of stock sales or there are criminal elements, possibly at the highest positions on Wall St. which have allowed the Naked Short Selling or "counterfeiting" if you will of these Billions of SPNG shares?

 We do not just ask this as shareholders but as your constituents. Please help restore the confidence in the American Stock Market. Investigate Naked Short Selling and enforce our laws.
