We the undersigned are writing to you today to protest the movement of Ms Hayley Lawden from The Black Horse establishment. Hayley has been the one constant member of staff over the past year or so and she is very much loved by all who drink in the pub. She is friendly, happy and always professional and we feel that her removal could have an impact on us choosing the Black Horse as our first choice of place to drink.
