Just transferred from ORD and it's a shame that the company wants to change hotels. Mystays IS the best hotel in the system.

One of the benefits of travelling around the world is being able to have friends around the world. After 20 years in this hotel, the long time hotel staff have become friends and even surrogate family to many of this destination's flight attendants. They have been there to support our agony through aircraft incidents/911 and we have been there for them during their natural disasters. A flight attendant job can be very lonely, especially during the holidays, when we are working half way across the world. The relationships that we make with hotel staff who become our "family" through our long time relationships are our support system. Please reconsider the hotel change and the negative impact that it will make on the quality of life for the flight attendants who fly this trip.

I don’t fly Narita however, I am signing to support those F/A who do because anytime the company wants to improve some thing we don’t complain about isn’t about us

My Stays treats us like family. And now the company wants to improve things for us and move us to the Hilton? This is a new revelation worrying about improving things for crews?

This hotel is so wonderful to us! Stephen has bent over backward to help so many of us. He alone is worth staying for. But everything there is done so well!

This hotel (under various names) has been my home away from home for many, many years. Now that the name has changed to MYSTAYS and some hotel staff have moved on, the one constant has been Steven Samuel. He goes out of his way to take care of all the crews, and makes sure their needs are met, and requests fulfilled. The last surprise was the addition of the Handy Phone for our use while in Japan. MYSTAYS is the only hotel in the area that provides this for their guests.
I WANT TO STAY AT MYSTAYS NRT. AA PLEASE LISTEN TO OUR PLEAS.

My loyalty is with Steven Samuel. He took care of me and my crew during the 9.0 Earthquake. I’ve been flying NRT since we got it in the mid-late 80’s out of DFW.
Please keep us at Mystays
