Mystays has everything that anyone could ever want or need on a layover. Starting with a stellar staff led by Steven Samuel. They have gone above and beyond for our crews, as long as we have stayed there. The thought of AA repaying their kindness...with betrayal is just appalling. If you want us to ‘Elevate’, you need to lead by example, and do the right thing. Let us stay at Mystays!!

For twenty years, I've been in this hotel. It stands head and shoulders above all of our others. The circumstances surrounding a sudden shift to the Hilton are suspicious, suggest foul play. APFA, AA and APA all need to intervene to prevent this injustice from transpiring. Keep My Stays!

I’ve stayed here for 22 years. Now that’s it’s renovated we are leaving? Even if it weren’t I’d still stay because they go out of their way to treat us well when our company could care less.

For those of us who flew this regularly, this was home away from home, with our NRT family. So sad to be leaving. It’s punishing those of us who loved it here because of the few who complained who were only there occasionally.

Excel Naritu/MyStays has been a “legacy layover” hotel for AA crews. It appears that the new corporate is insistent in dismantling any piece of legacy. Shame on those that make decisions without conferring with the crews that live there while at work.
