I have been flying to Narita ever since AA started flying there and I've always been treated like family. I NEVER felt my security waw threatened. I am very dusapponted by AAs hasty decision and embarrassed.

This hotel is so accommodating to us. I feel safe and respected. They have worked hard to earn our loyalty.

Mystays has improved in areas where most complaints (cleanliness & housekeeping being quiet) were the issues. I request that we continue to stay at Mystays.

For thirty years this hotel has catered to our every need. United left the Hilton and would come to our hotel to eat. Delta currently comes to our hotel to eat. This move is arbitrary and NOT in our best interests. If the pilots want to move, let them stay at the Hilton

Absolutely no reason to leave this well staffed hotel. No one will ever take care of our needs like Steven has. If you were there during the sunami you would question why we have made a change.

Have flown NRT for 20 years and it feels like my second home. Many times the staff has gone above and beyond. When I left my earring they found them and gave to next crew
When one of my crew was hospitalized they handled everything with the family to stay
When my father died they assisted getting me to airport to catch flight home
The fan that is always in the room because they remember I always want one
The indoor pool that is available because I have lupus and can only swim for exercise to keep moving each day
For the cafeteria just for crew and they will make anything anyway we desire to please us
The massage group for our tooted bodies
The fresh air from open windows
MyStay is home

No reason given for the change? Steven and Mystays staff are kind and welcoming to all of us. On my of my trips, a FA had left his wallet at the hotel. He did not even realize it until Steven showed up at the airport in a taxi and delivered the wallet to him personally as we were unloading the crew bus. No where else would we get that loyalty and dedication!

I have stayed at this hotel since the very first DFW-NRT trip in May, 1987. They have always been good to us. Recently, upgrades and changes have been implemented at the hotel, making it an even better place to stay. It is a travesty to flight attendants who like this hotel to change it without notice or even a request for our input. If the pilots want to stay at the Hilton, let them. We don't need to stay at the same hotel as them.

The Tokyu now Mystays hotel isn’t a hotel — it is a crew experience. When the “crew tower” was built it had a crew member in mind. Virtually every tiny detail is touched on. While the rooms are small, the amenities make up for that.
The addition of Steven Samuel to the hotel 20 years past has been the icing in the cake. Steven has personalized what could otherwise be a impersonal business. I hadn’t been to the hotel for 3 years and he greeted me by name. I’m just one of thousands of faces passing through but my name was known - and my room preference.
The list of accolades for Steven’s service are too long to list but suffice it to say that AA will never again place their crews in a hotel where the love, care and kindness of one person has meant so much. AA prides itself on elevating the customer experience well Steven has elevated everything imaginable.
Following the recent renovation he even took a survey of crews regarding a redesigned bedside table. What hotel asks it’s repeat customers to do that!?!
In my entire career of more than 36 years, I’ve only known one hotel - an airport hotel with what could have been a bad “review” but instead this hotel had given us so much more than a “layover hotel” it had given us so many memories. Yes, we wanted to work Christmas because this was a great place to be. With our coworkers but our hotel employee friends.
We have been well cared for here. Even when medical tragedy struck as well as unfortunate situations with the legal authorities, thus hotel has been our grounding and our roots. We have grown up together.
It’s is beyond unfortunate that AA had made the decision to leave MyStay. When evaluating the “price” for accommodations there is simply no amount of money that can pay for what this hotel provides in extra amenities. No want ever seems to go unattended. And for two thirds of the time we have stayed here Steven Samuel has been the beacon of light we all look to for making

We love what MyStay provides for us. This is not right that you took something this important (A Hotel we’ve been at since day one) away without the NRT crews having a say. Steven is family and so are the staff. Bring us back to MyStays!

EVERYTHING Andy Isley said and more!!! Steven Samuel, Sylvan and the hotel crew are wonderful to us and go out of their way every day to make us feel welcome and appreciated. There simply is nowhere else in the entire system that compares with the graciousness, hospitality and the honor of the Tokyu/Mystays. Please reconsider this hastily and disgracefully made decision... At least for our Flight Attendant family. No one even considered us. Thank you. We love you Steven, Sylvan and your hotel crew!

Mystays is a great hotel. The 24 hr store is great for getting food during the night. The food in the crew cafeteria is awesome along with the breakfast buffet. The would be a great hardship for crews not to have this. Taking care of ourselves while on our layovers is vital for our flight home
