MyStays quality of hospitality and customer service is far beyond anything we receive anywhere else in the system. I love this hotel and their staff. My room is always comfortable and quiet. The crew restaurant is so delicious and the staff is so accommodating. I can't see any good reason for us to leave this hotel.

I'm vehemently opposed to the move to the Hilton. we are never going to receive the same level of service there. And what a slap in the face to the staff and hotel my stays! They have done nothing to deserve this! And no one wants to leave the hotel. I am very upset about this no wonder no one wants to do business with us!

Typically I layover in Narita at the mMy Stays Hotel seven to eight months out of the year ...they are more than accommodating ..gracious and happy to have our business ! I want to stay there as a crew .. it has everything we need the pool area is fantastic the gym is more than adequate they opened a special restaurant for the crews that stay there at the hotel so that we can eat during our odd hours at A reduced price their is overwhelming. MyStays is our home away from home.

Steven Samuel treats us like family. We love him and everyone who makes our stay comfortable when we are away from home. I am in agreement this was a misfortunate mistake by American Airlines management and the members of the hotel committee.

As a maintenance technician for AA I have worked the DFW-NRT flight for well over 20 years and have stayed at the Tokyu / Mystays hotel every year on my personal travels . Even though I am not “ crew “ I am always greeted by Steven Samuel at check in . Over the 20 plus years I have heard nothing but praise and compliments about the hotel from the crew members.
For AA to change hotels in Narita is yet another example of the disconnect
between AA corporate and the front line employees.
Listen to your crew members that actually stay at the hotel & STAY PUT

I stayed at the Mystays for 32 years. It's by far the safest hotel in our system! In all those years of staying there, not once have we had to wait for our room. Customer service is the best of any where we stay bar none! Im really curious of who made the decision to change hotels. Thanks for consulting the crew members who actually stay at the hotel on a regular basis!

Since we started DFW-NRT we have been a host at the Tokyu/Mystays. The best customer service. They know us and go above and beyond to care for us. Steven is the Best liaison we have around the world. Hotel is comfortable and has every amenity we need including special emergency help if needed. AAL is making a Big mistake switching hotels. How about what’s good for us the Flight Attendants. We want to stay at the Mystays.

My main concern is a window that does not open. Hilton also cuts back on a/c at night, and without fresh air, I will not sleep. There will be a lot of fatigued crew members.
