There are far to many issues with the Hilton versus no issues with Mystays. My main concern with the Hilton is the mold and mildew. It really exasperates my asthma when I am at that hotel. The other huge problem is the WiFi. With a 5 day trip we need reliable WiFi like the Mystays provided for us. Please strongly consider switching back!

The Hilton is riddled with a mold/mildew smell!! The windows won’t open, and the restaurant is expensive!! Please take us back to MYSTAYS!!! Did not care for the Tokyu, but we leave when HUGE improvements are made????? CheAAP AAgain!!!

My clothes always feel wet after hanging in the closet and the rooms smell like mildew. I’m congested after each layover!
