Warranties should be extended, as well as a cash payout to each owner to compensate for this safety issue.

Not only are we longtime Jeep enthusiasts, but we also currently own multiple Jeeps, including a 4xe. For the past 9 years, we’ve been loyal customers of our local dealership. However, despite reaching out to both the dealership and Jeep corporate, we have received no response. This is disappointing. Do better, @Jeep.

We have documentation that our battery is not recharging fully after being towed, but Jeep will not put in a new battery. And now a recall on our 4xe May be in danger of a battery fire. We are very disappointed in Jeep.

Extend the warranty at a min. Gas cards are fine, but not what I would be looking for as a solution. I cannot drive this vehicle as purchased, we are entitled to something with substance.

Moi acheter l année passée donc 2023 premiers rappels un mois plus tard ont me dit qu’il ne fait pas partie du rappel 2024 comme par hasard fait partie du rappel batterie 95B on peut présumer que c’est ce qui vas arriver à celui 2025 car même batterie alors…

J’ai un 4xe et j’attend que il trouve une solution c’est long et on perd de l’argent on ne peu jouir pleinement de notre véhicule !

I love my FIRST JEEP! It’s a Wrangler 4xe but have already had the transmission replaced, the rear differential actuator replaced and just had the AC compressor replaced. Thankfully it was all warranty work but the inconvenience of having it in the shop often is wearing on me. My Jeep is a 2023 with 26,000 miles and now this new battery recall is giving me second thoughts about staying with the Jeep fam.

My fifth Jeep. It's a 2021 Wrangler 4xe which I can't charge, can't park inside and can't get any answers from Stallantis. No more Jeeps. Disgusted with constant problems. Good customer GONE.

Thought I bought a hybrid and now can’t charge due to a problem they don’t have a fix for and potentially a constant fire hazard so don’t park close to any structure. Can’t live in this fear much longer!!!!

I purchased a CPO '22 GC 4xe less than 90 days ago and it's part of the recall. I'm getting no communication from Jeep and the dealer that I purchased it from doesn't seem to care and it comes across they are just happy to have transferred the headache to me. Also have had an issue with the main battery having to be replaced, which appears to be the 2nd time in 2 years.

There are 3 Jeep owners in my family, Two are 4xe's. Our love of jeep is going out the window because of this problem. Fix it now.
