I think Jeep needs to stand by the 4XE community and step up and do what is right by the community and not their bottom line. Jeep asked a big thing to trust them and buy their new product that was in large not proven technology. Step up Jeep.

Need to extend the current Battery warranties on all jeep 4XE. 10 year 200,000 miles Minimum. Let’s see Jeep and their Parent company put their money where their mouth is on this product!!

I got a 2022 and wish they would just replace the battery. I bought the extended warranty when I got the jeep I hope they fix this quick I haven't even gotten through the standard warranty yet this is a night mare. I asked jeep if I could trade this in for one not having issues and they said I had to wait till recall was done.

I'm a Grand Cherokee 4xe owner and fully support this effort. I'm "back into" a GC after 10 years away and am feeling pretty darn scr#@ed at this point. Spent $8K more than an ICE mobile to join the electric future...meh, come on Jeep, let's get a plan!!

My husband and I have been Jeep customers for many years, and I absolutely LOVED my 4xe until now. I am beyond frustrated! They expect us to drive a potentially life-threatening vehicle without offering an immediate fix! A 30 day rental car (that I have to pay for upfront and get reimbursed for) is a poor excuse for a temporary solution.

First time Jeep owner and I feel taken advantage of after receiving news my wife’s 50th birthday present 4xe Wrangler needs a 3rd battery replacement. This is unacceptable. Step up and take care of your customers.
