My 4xe is my 3rd Jeep, my dream Jeep. I rewired my garage and purchased a level 2 charger to have the very best experience. Now that cost is worthless to me. I want to charge and want to park my Jeep in my garage. Please listen to your customers and keep the trust of your loyal customers, by being transparent and granting these requests.

I also have a 2021 Sahara 4xe which I bought it BECAUSE it was a plug in hybrid. I only live 4 miles from work so I NEVER have to use fuel but for longer trips. Now I'm using fuel EVERY day. Defeats the whole purpose. This is ridiculous. Make it right, Jeep! I WANT TO CHARGE.

I have a 2021 Sahara 4xe. I bought it BECAUSE it was a plug in hybrid. It will be the last Jeep in buy if Jeep fails to do right by its customers.

My neighbors have been asking why I am parking my Grand Cherokee 4Xe outside and not charging, and the explanation is not a good look for Stellantis or Jeep products. Keep us informed and fix it right this time.
