I have a 2023 Wrangler 4xe and I'm also on the recall. I also had a 2022 Grand Cherokee 4xe that was nothing but problems and that was traded in. Very disappointed in Jeep and I'm tired of the lack of transparency, lack of good customer service, reassurances and lack of solutions to these problems that seem to go unaddressed over the years that the 4xe platform has been around. They sold us half baked vehicles at full price and expectthe consumers to just deal with bad engineering and faulty products.

Bought a 2024 Willys 4xe 3 weeks ago. I got a CEL the day I picked it up. They replaced the battery collant pump. The CEL came back on the day after tI picked it up. They have it now and they don't know what to do to fix it.

I love my Rubicon 4xe. I chose it because it was a PHEV. I have a goal to drastically reduce my gas consumption. The current recall related charging restrictions go against this goal.

This issue has taken all the fun away of driving my jeep. I want it safe I want to have what I paid for or let me out of my lease so I can get a gas jeep.

I want to be able to charge my Jeep and experience it as it was advertised to perform. Most importantly, I want to feel secure owning it, confident that it will keep my family safe on the road without posing any risk of fire, whether we’re driving or parked at our home. Please do the fair, honest, and right thing by fixing the problem versus diagnosing an ongoing problem.

this is my first Jeep and my first hybrid, and probably my last Sillanta vehicle. I have had Chrysler products my whole life, and at this time I lost our face in your management and products.

I love Jeeps and love my 4xE, but this recall needs to be resolved more expediently. If you have to replace all of the batteries, replace all of the batteries; and extend the warranty.

Frustrated that there is no fix and I need to park outside and not charge. I bought this to drive with the electric side and this is preventing me from enjoying my Jeep the way I bought it for.

I bought a Jeep Plug-In Hybrid, which Jeep is now saying "don't plug in", and that they have no fix for the problem. This is a further continuation of the earlier recall, which also had no fix, just increased monitoring. I don't know if Jeep would accept the idea of offering a fixed-length extension of the battery warranty. Rather, I would suggest that Jeep freeze the warranty period as of the time of issuance of the earlier recalls - Jeep will know what the mileage was on the vehicle when it applied the recall. Until Jeep has a fix, that mileage and vehicle age should stay exactly the same for warranty purposes. If the Jeep had 50,000 miles and four years on it when the last recall was applied, then however many years and miles down the road it has when Jeep finally finds a fix, that's what it has for warranty purposes. That way, rather than having to have owners worry that if they drive their vehicles they're taking the chance that they'll out-drive the warranty before Jeep knows how to fix the problem, they can use their Jeeps as they'd intended and the cost of delay would be shifted to Jeep, where it belongs.
