Fix my ride. Driving down the road on fire is subpar.

Not being able to charge is bull crap. Either fix my vehicle now or buy it back!

Agreed. This is both a safety concern and limits the benefit of the reason for purchasing this vehicle. I live in a cold weather state and soon will be dealing with having to deal with snow removal etc which I did not expect and I expect to park in the garage.

At one point my entire immediate family drove Jeeps. We have lost faith in the brand due to the missteps with the 4xe. Fix the battery issue for all owners once and for all.

When I spent my money on my 4xe, in June of 2021, I was part of an agreement. For the money I was spending, along other things I was getting ~21 miles of electric range per full charge (in ideal conditions). Stellantis/Jeep has broken that deal, as far as I'm concerned. You have all of my money, but I no longer have what I paid for. Further, there are additional costs associated with driving this vehicle that I am absorbing, and the resale value of the Jeep has plummeted. I have been a Jeep owner since the fall of 1993, when I bought my first new Wrangler. I am a fan of Jeep. This high-voltage battery problem is definitely souring my relationship with Jeep. It is clear that Stellantis/Jeep has known about the problem for a lot longer than they have let on. I feel that replacing the high-voltage battery is the way to go to fix the problem, but doing what you can to ensure I won't be holding the bag for the battery replacement (of a known bad battery) would go a long way in mending the riff that is present in our relationship.

I purchased this Jeep Wrangler as a hybrid but can't use it as a hybrid. Jeep needs to make this up to its customers.
