Dear Jeep,
I love my 4Xe Wrangler and would love to have the confidence that the Hybrid system and battery will last and provide the performance as I expected when I purchased the vehicle from my Jeep dealer. I have had very few issues with mine but with this last recall, not being able to charge at all and having to park outside this winter will be a huge inconvenience and not what I was told I'd have to do when I bought it. Living in a very cold, snowy climate I would not have purchased it if I'd been told I couldn't park inside and the battery usage (esp in winter) would be such an issue. Please stand behind your product and do what's right for this test group of early buyers of your product.

2021 4xe with 23,944 miles and just had to get the Hybrid Battery Replaced by dealership. Took it in on 10/14/2024 and just got it back on 11/08/2024.

I think Jeep owes their loyal customers more transparency and I think Jeep should extend 4XE customers that have been impacted by these recalls get an extended warranty for peace of mind!

I live less than 10 miles from my job. I was filling my tank no more than 1 a month. I am now up to once a week. This has to change and we need compensation for this.

2022 wrangler 4XE rubicon with a battery replacement at 18,000 miles that was not on the original recall. Happened a month after being told we weren’t on the recall. Still having battery gremlins.

I absolutely love my 2023 Sahara 4XE, but I would like an extended warranty because of these costly battery issues
