I love this brand and I love my Jeep. However, it seems like it’s getting harder to say those words as these recalls has caused untold fears for my safety and my family. Do the right thing and resolve these issues with urgency!

This is not the Jeep experience we paid a significant amount of money for. Jeep has done poorly to be clear on what is happening, poorly on dealership service on this repair and poorly on reimbursing customers not able to use the high voltage function (which adds a significant amount of money to the selling price). This is twice that our 4xe is a risk to our property.

Absolutely agree. While the risk is small, I have small children that ride in the back seat (on top of the questionable battery), which creates an unnecessary (& unacceptable) risk when the battery issue has been known for so long.
This has been going on for over a year now (dating back to B9A), and is no longer a reasonable time-frame for resolution on this issue.
