Unable to charge is frustrating, demand compensation

This is causing a major hardship in my life not being able to park the vehicle indoors. Also terrrifed of what could happen to the passengers sitting in the back seat. Jeep, please resolve this ASAP.

Mine is just over a year old and has been in the shop over 12 times, on a rollback multiple times and it locks itself in Park anytime an electric issue arrives. We are currently in the lemon law process. This is my 4 th wrangler (and I've owned 4 grand Cherokees) I love jeep but this recall is making me loose all trust in the brand.

Please provide info on recall ASAP, I am from Canada and received no rebate on my income tax, bought for the pure pleasure of driving in electric 90% of the time. Now I can't, give us timeliness!

I’ve had all the recalls plus issues charging many time due to under voltage code. This prevents me from charging until I get it to the dealer to clear the code. Nothing to actually fix it.

Don't hide the problem with a software update (till our guarantees expired) you need to replace the battery!
Or we're going to loose our confidence to the car that we love!
