I agree that this petition offers a fair resolution for Jeep 4xe owners. I am deeply disappointed in the corporation. Communication through email and letter has been insufficient. Chrysler must contact each owner and assure them that this issue will be resolved to our satisfaction. Jeep Wrangler 4xe owners that I've spoken with are extremely concerned about fire and other hazards with their vehicles. No one I know is charging or parking these vehicles in their garage and others won't even drive it. The repair solution should happen sooner than later.

2021 Rubicon 4xe with 4O,000 miles. 3rd time I have been unable to charge my Jeep. 2 recalls and a charging system that failed.

Tell your lawyers we can hire lawyers too. Don’t make it come to that.

I'm not happy. I feel cheated by not being able to drive in electric mode. I paid a huge price differential for the 4XE hybrid. Maybe the US Gov. should get involved.

We need some kind of status update Stellantis! And compensation with extended warranty makes sense to me! This is basically qualification for the lemon law!!!

Had prior recall, after checking said I was fine on my 2022 Rubicon 4xe. Got the new recall, and now I’m stuck. Looking to get a new vehicle, but I cannot sell my car via Carvana or driveway.com because there is an open recall on the vehicle. This is putting my family in a really tough spot.

Wanting to charge! Paid extra for a 4XE to get better gas mileage, now I’m driving a heavier jeep and getting worse MPH.

2021 Sahara 4xe - love my Jeep but super frustrated that the electric function has been so unreliable. Currently on my 4th HV Coolant heater and now the 95b recall is really disappointing. So far haven’t had a full year of consistent electric performance. Love my Jeep when it operating as designed, more than exceeds my expectations. Hoping for some sort of either extended warranty or compensation for the additional costs incurred resulting from this recall.

The 4xe issue is frustrating. I spent 70k dollars on a vehicle that cannot do what was advertised. For 70k there are other vehicles out there that have less issues and did not create a bait and switch, or at least a breach of contract where I was told I would be able to charge this vehicle and get 22 miles on electric mode. Now I’m being told not to charge it due to this 3rd recall. There is no solution in sight, and the one they are proposing is to limit power to the electric motor to a lower voltage to save the battery and not be able to charge the battery at its full potential. To me this means the performance advertised will no longer apply. The same performance that was the reason for my purchase, therefore a breach of contract. Stellanis needs to rectify this issue before a class action lawsuit emerges. This is frustrating.
