I bought the 4xe because of it being a hybrid. Not being able to charge it makes it basically useless. If I wanted a gas Jeep I would have bought a gas Jeep!!!

Traded my 4xE for safety reasons and took a massive depreciation hit. Lost faith in the product and wasn’t worth the risk to my family to wait for a possible fix! Would like some kind of compensation from Jeep. Purchased a Gladiator to avoid any more issues.

Jeep needs to take ownership of this issue, replace the batteries and extend the warranty. For the extra cost of the 4Xe this is a small ask. Right now the vehicle is unusable and purpose of the electric option is void.

Love my 4xe, but lost confidence that Stellantis cares about the safety of quite possibly the most loyal automotive customer base in the world. Regardless of age or mileage, I shouldn't be expected to pay for a product that the manufacturer knows to be dangerously faulty.
