‘22 Wrangler 4xe

We are on our second battery, have had ECH replaced and have been a part of both recalls unable to charge, park near other vehicles, or park in our garage for months at a time. Jeep and the dealership have no real Information.

We need to feel safe and charge we didn’t pay for this amount of recalls

This jeep has caused me problems the week after I picked it up and I have been trying to return it for 17 months now and feel unsafe everyday being forced to drive this dangerous vehicle

Getting 2nd battery installed under the recall for our 2021 Rubicon. We were affected by both recalls.

As an owner of a 2024 jeep wrangler 4xe rubicon since April. Now I am starting to lose faith that I made the right choice to purchase an almost $76,000 that could stop working or worse stop working. I really do love this vehicle

2021 4XE Sahara purchased for EV use as promoted by JEEP.

I’d like to charge without worrying about my house burning down.

Love my Jeep but extremely disappointed in losing the main function of this Jeep that sets it apart. Let us charge and extend our warranty.

Yes, if there are possible issues like this in the future, these issues should be covered. Especially because they are not being transparent. They should stand behind the product, otherwise, let us ALL trade in for an actually GOOD value. This is their mistake with their own product.

Owned my 2021 4xe for just over a year and been unable to plug it in for most of that now. Value has crashed in the same time. Wish I’d kept my 2015 JK.
