If Jeep wants to be seen as a leader in electrification, the company has to address issues that arise along the way. This current battery issue is killing values and losing future customers while leaving dedicated owners in a lurch. Do the right thing, Jeep. Take care of current owners.

I have a 2022 Rubicon 4xe. I went using my Jeep in electric mode and stretching a tank of gas for 6 plus weeks between fill-ups.

Governments should force replacement of the batteries for public safety or Stellantis should be putting all engineering resources into workarounds, especially ones that are not shutdown and disable the vehicle for it to be then towed to a dealer.

I don’t even have 30,000 miles on my 4XE, it was in the shop for 3 weeks a few months ago, for charging issues. Now, haven’t charged for 3 weeks so far, with no parts/fix available for recall! I love my Jeep, but truly disappointed with Jeep issues & timely resolutions!

My 4xe was inoperable for 3 months in 2022, (no loaner or rental provided, no compensation) due to a failed EV coolant pump. Following that, a recall prohibiting charging in 2023 that lasted 4 months until a solution was available... now another. I have been a Jeep owner since 1996, having multiple brands and kept loyalty owning nothing other than Jeep, these issues may force my decision to break that loyalty.
