Either admit you can’t isolate all bad batteries and provide new ones or drop the recall. An annual safety no fix recall makes the vehicle worthless

Thank you for starting this. Hopefully they choose to recognize this issue and harm it is causing to their brand and our loyalty.

I’ve had Jeeps all my life and my 2022 4xe has been great, no problems, until the 95B recall. Fix these batteries (right) and extend the Warranty for all 4xe owners!! I have a home solar system to recharge my 4xe for all of my local miles and replacement cost for gas is killing us economically!!!

Jeep’s actions to date, which anre minimal to date, are totally unsatisfactory. My wife will not use her jeep until we are certain that it is safe to transport our family members. Shame on you Jeep.

This is so annoying, recalls every year, I bought this jeep to run on battery not on gas, atleast compensate us if you can't find any solutions for 3-4 months each year.

Jeep: Disappointed in the lack of sense of urgency in communicating a permanent correction to this issue. Losing money in gas everyday I can’t charge!

As the petition notes, many 4xe owners are loyal Jeep owners; I have owned Jeeps for 35 years. Jeep/FCA US Jeep should first resolve the 95B recall as safely and quickly as possible due to the enormous impact to affected owners. Secondly, if Jeep wishes to retain its loyal customer base and survive as a company, they should extend the warranties on the 4xe models. Jeep owners understand that their vehicles may not be as reliable as other brands, but no other brand offers Jeep capabilities. Please return to the original Jeep business model of doing what is best for your customers. Please do not do what GM's CEO and team did with the Bolt recall; this is what destroys consumer confidence in your products.

I’m signing as the owner of a 2021 4xe and am sick of the continuous recalls and details of being told NOT to use the sole function of purpose as to why I bought this vehicle, the electric power train and charging system. What a useless tool to pay for if they couldn’t have made it a safe and functional part of the vehicle.

I want to charge. I want my money back. Every winter since owning a recall has affected my vehicle to use what I paid extra for!
