I my 4XE was part of the 95A recall and now part of the 95B recall. I wasn't able to charge for nearly 4 months on the 95A recall and it appears it may be at least that long on the 95B. Two weeks ago the battery coolant eater went out. I contacted 2 Jeep dealers who stated that they don't work on 4XE's. The third dealer told me that they could work me in in 4-6 weeks. I finally found a dealer 60 miles away that serviced it. Pretty disappointing that the auto manufacturer cannot aand will not take care of their customers. This is my 4th and last Stellantis product

Absolutely unacceptable for this Company(Stellantis) to sell a $64,000 vehicle and to simply adapt the posture of "have patience." Have patience simply says, "we want to fix this at the least cost to the company, our stock holders are much more important than the people who actually purchased this vehicle."

Would never have bought this Jeep if I couldn’t charge it. It’s like buying a meal you can just look at and not eat. Or hey, here’s your burger you ordered with extra cheese you paid for but you can only eat the bun.

I think they should buy them back at this point

I have a $68,000 paper weight sitting my driveway. Jeep should really be replacing these batteries and making these vehicles whole and operating as they were intended rather than the consumer having to worry about whether or not we should be stepping into these cars with our families.

This is ridiculous and I hope Jeep fixes this issue soon.

Unable to use my Jeep as my main transportation vehicle the way it was intended. Paying more money is fuel.

The lack of charging and savings related o the lower cost per mile of electric vs gas are costing us as owners and preventing the return on investment of the premium we paid for the PHEV model over a gas only vehicle.

Advised strongly to not charge while I bought this car to do my commutes on electricity. Next to that I live in a very densely populated area where I do not have the possibility to park elsewhere without being near structures or other cars. Therefore I would like to understand what the safety risks are and get this fixed asap.
