I own a GC 4xe and previously had a Sahara 4xe that was bought back via lemon law. This has pushed me away from Jeep for the future sadly.

I currently have 4 Jeep Wranglers, 3 of them are 4xe's. I rent these jeeps through turo here in Hawaii. All three 4xe have been delisted now over several months greatly effecting my income. This needs to be fixed correctly, I have lost faith in the brand. I have reservation for the new scouts and will be changing my rental operation to a new brand.

2021 Wrangler 4xe, used for personal and Turo, has only been eligible to list on Turo 6 months this year due to the 2 recalls.

I was planning to purchase my 2021 4xe Rubicon, but I now am leaning toward turning it back in. This recall is tarnishing the brand image and will drive of current Jeep loyalist. Do the right thing Stellantis!

As a first time Jeep Wrangler 2023 4xe lease customer, with intent of buying at the end of lease, I have to say that I am extremely disappointed. I was very excited about my 4xe in the beginning, now I am questioning myself if I should buy it at the end of the lease. First, even though there was no recall on the 2023 4xe battery, my Jeep was showing the same issues as of those who had the first recalls. When I took it to the dealership I found out that the issue was the battery. I was without my Jeep for a month and a half. Nobody likes to pay for a lease or a car loan on a car that we can’t use. Now, once again, another recall on the battery. I want to be able to save money on gasoline, I want to be able to charge my 4xe and to finally enjoy it!

I bought a brand new 2024 Wrangler 4xe from a Jeep dealer who assured me that all recalls and updates had been done. It seems that I was lied to and deceived. Stellantis is liable for damages.

I paid alot of Good money to have my 4Xe in the shop so often!! I want it in good condition and Safe condition very quickly!!!

Had no idea of this recall until a Jeep friend in FL (I’m in AZ) sent me an article months ago. The official letter arrived in the last two weeks.

Really Unfortunate that we cannot use the car as it was intended, and there is no end in sight.
