I love my 4xe but dont love being afraid of it. I dont love the fact that I cant park it in my garage and I really dont love the fact that I cant use the electric mode. I was sold a product that I was assured was safe and was goingvgo save me mondy on fuel. Clearly the product is not living up to your claims. Buyers should be compensated.

Agree entirely, this is our fifth Jeep and I'm not sure I'll buy another based on the way this is being handled- step up as as manufacturer that owns their issue and support your customers.

I want to charge my vehicle! This is silly we all purchased a 4xe to take advantage of the all electric component just to be told by the manufacturer we risk burning down our homes and cars.

I traded my 4xe before the latest recall due to the recalls and rapid depreciation. Jeep (Stellantis) needs to make this right.
