We Want To Charge - CANCELED

I want my 2024 4XE fixed, and not get another message that states (after 4th quarter 2024) that Stellantis and Samsung and whomever is still working on it.

I would love to love my 4Xe, but the battery issue makes it harder every day as my mileage plummets. Hope for a full fix soon!!!!

I loved my Jeep 4xe until I was told it was no longer safe to even park it in my garage, let alone charge it. What is the point of a PHEV that cannot be charged??

Very frustrated with the lack of transparency and not being able to use my Jeep as I intended with the increase in having to pay for fuel costs. Stelantis needs to offer compensation beyond repair if they want to keep customers. Otherwise, this is my first and last Jeep.

Love my 4xE and know that Stellantis wants to fix this

This just sucks from all angles. I am trying to follow all the recommendations - doing all the proper updates, etc, put out this year. So what happens to me from following everything we are told to do in this 95B recall? A rodent nested and chewed my wires after having to park outside overnight (instead of inside my condo garage) ...a nice $600 bill to fix on top of all of this. Ugh, help us Jeep!!

In Indiana we pay a penalty fee every year when we renew our plates because it is a hybrid. So not only am I paying that penalty fee, I am also getting virtually no use of the battery to offset that penalty fee. I'm getting screwed from both directions.

Wholeheartedly agree that this deserves compensation beyond a fix.

I have a jeep gc 4xe

We purchased the Jeep 4e to help on gas prices and to haven ore clean air. We no longer have the relief of gas prices and have lost a lot of value in the Jeep. We need assistance to either help get out of the lease and into another vehicle.

FIX MY WIFE'S JEEP! She paid good money for it and not being able to charge defeats the whole purpose!

Proud owner of a '21 4xe Wrangler since August. Lost a month due to a missing upgrade that put it in turtle mode. Now I cant charge.... Lets get this fixed!!!

I need this rubicon 4xe to work as designed. I have many upgrades that have been done costing thousands more than a stock jeep and can’t afford to just get rid of it as many others are doing. You sold this rubicon 4xe with a purpose and advertised purpose as so. You need to make this right

I am so disappointed with Jeep's lack of responsiveness to its 4xe customers. Unlike any other vehicle recall that I experienced, this one deserves compensation beyound a fix.

I feel so defeated. New Jeep owner of a JGC-TRLHK 23'. Purchased back in june of 24'. The WHOLE reason I purchased a PHEV was to save on gas. I spent 10-15K more on my current vehicle type, all because it was a PHEV. But now can't plug it in... can't charge it due to risks. This recall completely devoid the reason for purchasing this type of vehicle. The recall, killed the value of the vehicle itself. Literally. I love my Jeep, but kicking myself for not going with another model. Now stuck upside down, with a vehicle I can't use as it was intended. Very frustrating experience!!
