Would like to be able to use electric mode to go to and from work again. It's what I bought the Jeep for. The fact we are not getting answers is very frustrating.

I spent double the amount of money I have ever spent on a vehicle to purchase my 2021 4xe . Disappointed is how my wife and I feel! We bought it to use the electric option fully but have been denied that right because we can not charge it because of the recalls. The things that this petition is asking for are minimal compared to what we feel proper restitution should be!

I don’t like this Jeep it has never gotten the mpg it was supposed to get. I would like to take it back and get a gasoline only Jeep like I had. Very disappointed with this Jeep

Love my Jeep 4xe. First time Jeep owner and hate to experience this. Was looking forward to stay with Jeep but now, I don't know if I should trust to stay or trade in for something better or a manufacturer that address' the issue in a timely manner. Give us something to show you care about your customers!

The whole reason I bought my Jeep 4xe was to mitigate gas consumption for daily driving without sacrificing the way I do my longer trips - filling up at the gas station. The latter is fine. But the latter is less than 10% of my driving. I am losing so much money with the more frequent stops at the pump. I did not plan for this because ever other PHEV I've owned did not come with these concerns.
