Dearest Jeep,
We want to charge! We want to enjoy our Jeep. We want to enjoy the experience of owning a Jeep! We are having a hard time enjoying anything because of recalls. Fix the recall and make Jeep an affordable and reliable brand again!

Absolutely agree. I am too a Jeep loyal customer, have had 3 Jeeps including the recent 4XE. Brand value is the key factor for me and please don't let that go easily.

I am concerned about the recall especially not having any idea when it will get repaired. Also concerned about the possibility of it catching on fire. I babysit my 3 young grandchildren days a week and worry as bout my jeep catching on fire. Wish there was more guidance, resources & responsiveness available

This is unacceptable. These vehicles are very expensive. Bought it to be able to use the electric mode. It is now not safe to drive.
