In a world of hybrids, I cannot understand why in 2024 this is an ongoing problem with the most popular brand in the automotive world. I’m a first time Jeep owner and like others, this is my dream car. Now, all of a sudden, Jeep cannot build a better car? WTH??

This recall was the final straw for me. I have lost all faith in Stellantis’ ability to resolve this problem in a timely fashion.
The thought of having to leave the Jeep outside during the winter months in New England coupled with the continued possibility of a fire was just too much to stomach.
I sold my Jeep while it still had some residual value and purchased a Ford Bronco.
I will miss this awesome Jeep community.

Having a recall that can’t be fixed right away. Or maybe not at all? Say what. I am paying for more gas than I was lead to believe. I can’t charge. I have to park somewhere else. Not in my Garage. It’s winter! Very sad about this. Help!

I bought this jeep brand new in 2022 sight unseen. I feel that I seriously overpaid for an option I hardly get to use-electric mode

Have owned and driven Jeeps for 30 years. In october 2023 bought new 23 GC trailhawk 4xe and have had no issues and have enjoyed the vehicle. This recall is highly disappointing with inability to park in my garage, loss of fuel economy, safety concerns, destroyed trade in/resale value while having no real solution in sight. I hope that Stellantis/Jeep comes to the table with viable solution in a timely fashion and feel the response so far fails to show commitment to their product and customers

This is crazy, how can they expect us to wait nearly 6 months for a fix.

I purchased my 2023 jeep on 9/29 with 21,000 miles on it. I wish I knew about this recall! And I had an added bonus, transmission is weeping leaking oil.

Come on Jeep! If we wanted a regular ICE we’d gotten one & not paid a premium. Where’s the fix already?

I had the B9A as well. Getting tired of the annual recall. It would appear that my vehicle was never safe to charge.

Wish they would just put a good battery in so I could charge already it has been months due to other ev components failing one after another on top of recalls, warranty covered thankfully but I bought this to save $$ on gas. (Work provides free charging) but I can't even do that with these ridiculous issues both recalls and ev part failures
