We generally love the Jeep but are frustrated at not being able to use electric or park in private or public garages.

I hate the fact the I have paid so much for the 4xe, and now two years later I can’t used it the way it was meant. I have never had any issues with the charging since day one. But now if I try to charge it and it catches on fire or explodes, then it’s on me?! Plus the fact that, as the recall says “there is currently no fix.” What am I supposed to do!

I own a Wrangler 4xe and a Grand Cherokee 4xe. This would be a huge help and give us reassurance in the phev technology and Jeep. Not being able to use a primary feature of my vehicles doesn’t sit well.

Extended warranty is the least Jeep could do.

Stellantis is losing everything and sticking to the public

I’d like to be able to safely charge again. The mileage benefit from the PHEV drivetrain is the primary reason why I bought this jeep. I would have chosen a different hybrid

Its ridiculous the lack of action from Jeep

From the first recall of the battery issues, to this last one, it's been nothing but CYA from Stellantis. This has been so poorly handled.
