I purchased a Jeep 4xE in order to save money at the fuel pump. Due to this recall and the inability to charge the battery, I am now spending more money on gasoline. I support the request from affected consumers to receive financial compensation from the manufacturer for the additional fuel expenses due to the manufacturers error.

Jeep owners are loyal to the brand but enough is enough. The only car I have had is a jeep (4 now). This is about to be my last, not because of the MANY problems but because of the lack of transparency, communication and support. I did not sign up to be your beta tester.

Extend or allow early release from leases with no penalty so we can get into another Jeep if desired.

Haven't had any major issues yet but don't like that we are being to basically not to use our jeep, can't do that due to being the only vehicle my wife has to drive.

Addendum to item 1: Stagger the fix. Not all vehicles involved have the issue (most likely). At least figure out a way to let these people use their vehicles!

It has been a month and I finally got a rental because i cannot use my hybrid and save a ton on gas, which is why i purchased this vehicle. Need a resolution so we can drive without fear also!

We deserve more transparency. Not just “park your car away from your home because your vehicle may explode and kill your family”.
