The few reasons I found for us not being able to wear shorts is because of people wearing to short on men get distracted with girls wearing shorts both being outrageous
South Texas is hot and if the kids are uncomfortable they will be less attentive in class. I also believe that telling girls that they may not wear leggings because it would distract the boys is sexist. Both rules should be changed.

its literally boiling in the classrooms and we are sweating in jeans. this rule is just stupid
