Rick is awesome. He was very supportive and informative. I would love to see him stay. I don't pretend to know anything about the politics behind running a school, so I don't wish to say anything disparaging about the administration. Suffice to say that my experience at NESCom has been extraordinary, and Rick, being part of that experience, would be sorely missed.

This professor changed my best friends life and was such an inspiration to him. My friend would not be doing what he loves right now with out this professor. This professor should stay and continue to help other people, I have only heard amazing things about him!

I've known Rick since college. There is no one more knowledgeable and dedicated to his craft than Rick. He is genuine and passionate about teaching and everything he does is done with the highest skill and integrity. I hope Husson will reconsider its action for the future benefit of its students.

Rick was an integral part of my school career. I was in dire need of a refresher with camera equipment, so I decided to go the Intro to Video route before taking Video I.
Rick was my teacher, and as an alternative student, I was able to connect more with Rick. I thought it was due to that fact; but in hindsight, he was patient, kind, and informative with each and every one of his students.
You're able to simply understand his instruction as you progress through the same semester. And you can tell he has a long-standing passion for his work, because that love was reflected in his students.
If you release Rick of his duties, you'll lose one of the best parts of NESCom.

Rick may have been the most personally invested in each and every one of his students out of any professor I had in my time at Nescom. I was a radio major, nothing short of technology stupid, and he got me through video classes. So much so that he thought I should continue on to further video classes. Great guy. Great teacher.

Rick was the best video teacher I ever had! I took few video classes at NESCom and video wasn't even my major. He was always willing to help and very understanding. It didn't matter how many times you forgot he would answer the same question. He would always walk around and help you and he was never too busy to talk. He's such a amazing man and you letting him go would be a huge mistake to the school. You letting him go is not only allowing less people to enjoy NESCom and no one else can teach intro to video as good as Rick! You need to start really thinking about the kids who are taking these classes. Rick and other NESCom teachers care! they would always be available 24/7 to us! That's the type of teacher you want to keep around and Rick Davis is one of them.

There is definitely a good enough reason for a professor to stay if he has such a deep, positive impact on so many dedicated students.
