My brother lives in Minnesota and during a recent visit he decided to start using the phrase "you all ..." when referring to us Central Floridians. Beside the fact that generalizing us all is a losing endeavor, he accused "us of not liking pepper jack cheese". (At the time, my breath still reeked of the pepper jack cheese cubes my parents set out before dinner) The audacity!

Anyway, I asked him why he would come to such an offensive generalization and he citied the lack of a pepper jack cheese option at Subway. He said it was available at many other Subway restaurants outside of Central Florida - and that through market research - had found "we don't like pepper jack cheese".

Well, this is utterly ridiculous. I can't have my brother running around spouting off offensive generalizations and being proven correct by Subway's lack of pepper jack cheese! So this is it! It is time all Subway in Central Florida carry pepper jack cheese.

Let's just cut the crap and get right to the point: it is time for Central Florida Subway restaurants to acknowledge our taste and represent the community by providing an additional cheese option at all nearby Subway restaurants - pepper jack cheese.
