This is for all of the legitimate filers that filed between 1/20 and 1/21; 2014 Tax Year filers that have not yet received their refunds or WRITTEN NOTIFICATION and are NOT receiving an explanation with precise articulation from the IRS. It is NOT fair that our refunds are being held by the IRS and when we call we are told to wait 6-8 weeks, 30, 60, or even 90 days when the IRS did not wait to take our monies from our checks! It is NOT fair that when we call we are told that it is an identity theft flag and they will remove this flag and we should hear good news in 7-14 business days although we did not file identity theft forms.
If you are OVER the lies of the IRS Call Center Representatives and the procedures of the IRS in general and you want your tax refund released! Sign this petition. We have to start some form of action!
