efiled march 13th 2015 w/IS form I called 2 weeks ago was told still being processed called last wk said case closed june 24th ok its been a wk im getting DD really do it already im a cancer patient this past yr needed a lot of the $ medical copays ruined us now landlord wants back rent by 7/5/15 or we are on the street PLEASE have a heart!!! just DD it alreadyyyyyyyyyy!!!

it's been almost 90 days for me. happened to me 2 years ago also and I eventually received my refund, however it took 4 months and was given a different story every time I called (after waiting on hold an average of 75 minutes every time). I spike with fraud dept as I was instructed and they said there is no apparent reason as to why my return us being held. they sent a referral letter and that was almost 30 days ago. No word yet.

over 60 days and still no letter or refund. Contacted tax advocate and sent proof of income but now her voice mail is full and can't reach her. This is completely unconstitutional.

I filed on February 4 2015 and received a letter 4464c on February 18th telling me I was under a 60-day review from the date of the letter. everytime I call the IRS one of its customer service agents treats me like crap hangs up the phone on me and gives me no answers to my questions. when the money was due to they took it and now that I am receiving a pretty good income tax I am waiting. this is unconstitutional at every level since the Constitution does not afford any rights to the IRS. I could have used this money for my family and have been struggling trying to get my bachelors degree. now that I read these posts I feel discouraged and I'm never going to receive what is mine. what are we to do as Americans when Big conglomerate executive administratives beaucratic agencies designed to supersede our constitutional rights. we have no recourse, we have no judicial say in the 60 day process. American are not afforded the same rights when we have to pay taxesand they want their money now. we are taxed enough it's time to take our money back.

i filed my taxes on January 27th and have been told to wait 60 days for taxes to be reviewed then was told they reviewed my taxes in march and they have another 45 more days why are they doing this my bills are adding up and i need my money asap i can not believe they can and are doing this someone PLEASE help

Filed 1/20 via TT, bars gone at 17 days. 570 Code was viewable 3/14. Did idverify online and by phone was told 6 weeks. This is absolutely absurd! My wife and I just lost our home because I made a huge mistake and counted on this return to assist us with closing costs. After investing over 15k into the property it was just sold out from under us. Why can we not get viable information and who is truly accountable here? April 6th and still a 570 showing.
