I purchase a offplan property on Sabi Sands Resort on Boa Vista, again the Cape Verde Courts or Banks do not help even when you do win your case for breach of contract

I am supporting the people who lost their investment in Cape Verde. It has certainly put me off investing even with property that is built and established.

after delay of c. 450 days i signed a separate agreement with technical for them to repay my deposit back in 10 payments 6 months after the new agreement was signed. This was in 2007. To date they have paid nothing and even had the cheek to send me a registered letter 18 months ago to say the matter is now closed and they do not need to pay me anything.

My late husband was advised to invest all his private pension into Cape Verde.What a very,very huge mistake into a unregulated fund.I do not know how the financial adviser who recommended this,sleeps at night.Shame on you for not doing your job properly and giving the right and honest information to one of your clients.I hope you rot in hell for ruining what would have been our worry free retirement.You know who you are.
