Please, honor our loyalty and years of service. Be the airline that stands out, and show the rest of the competition that you value and support tenure, loyalty and hard work.

I was the one who wrote up the idea for the AAdvantage program. American never even thanked me for it. After working 31 years for AA we as retirees deserve D2 status.

After 9/11 we took a 20% cut in pay and never got it back, only to mention one more thing. Now we're demoted to bottom of D2 list! What's next? Give back our D2 for retirees.

Why should a new hire companion get priority over someone that has worked for AA for years and years ? Honor retirees!

First who lists is much more fair. If I am up at 6am to 1am and list first on list how is it fair an employee who isn't retired can bump me at the gate?

We were promised D2 after we retired.... I had to stop flying due to an IOD.... and got shafted like many others.... I don't travel much these days, but want to stand by those who do... We worked hard for the pass privileges and had to wait a long time to get them. I started in 1967, and we had very limited passes... It certainly is not fair for a new hire to receive passes right off the bat and we are put on the back burner... That's the thanks we get for making what American Airlines what it "used" to be....

I believe we’ve earned that. Show us now that we are getting into our golden years that we are appreciated. That, like the oriental culture, we give respect to our experienced and mature generation. Thank you.
