My husband and I are moving to Columbus from Birmingham, AL and one of the first things we checked in to was the local culture. Part of what we've enjoyed so much about Birmingham(and hope for in Columbus) is the food! There are several unique restaurants the were started in Birmingham because of their success with their food truck! If you want to attract more young professionals and their families, you need to facilitate the growth of small businesses.
