I completely agree with bringing food trucks too Columbus. It brings experiences that we don't have here as well as culture. Not to mention that we as a city are growing and would definitely be more convenient. Please consider bringing food trucks to Columbus!

Paradise by the River is needed, I have talked to several people in the community who are super excited to see an authentic Puerto Rican food truck in this area. They currently have to travel to Atlanta to get authentic Puerto Rican cuisine. There is nothing like this truck in this area. Columbus needs to encourage small business owners and the revenue they can bring to this area.

Competition always benefits the customers. Give the people a choice and start deregulating. Government is oppressing small businesses from Federal to State then local.

Anyone familiar with food truck requirements is well aware Columbus intentionally makes it far too difficult for even the highest quality of food trucks to be approved. Let's make this happen.

Besides the potential for greater competition and entrepreneurialism in the food industry, food trucks can play a huge role in getting healthier food to those living with limited or no access.
