2. What do you want them to do?
Do CROSS GAME VOICE CHAT ON PSN
3. Why is this important?
It would be nice stuff on PSN. When we play games like: Skyrim we can't talk together with friends. We must use phone or skype, WHY? Console should be easy for people, but it isn't. Why we can't have it, when xbox's players enjoy it?

I honestly cannot believe how many people are actually talking about this right now because it really feels like we are finally starting to get somewhere. It feels pretty surreal that so many of you are tired of using phones just to chat while playing games and it makes me think Sony might actually have to listen to us eventually.

PLEASE!! SO ANNOYING NOT BEING ABLE TO CHAT WHILE IN DIFFERENT GAMES
Xbox has had this for years. Its seriously embarrassing that sony is this far behind. Get with the times already.
Literally the only reason I ever go on my 360 is for the party chat. Sony please listen to us.
Sick of using skype on my laptop just to talk to my friends while we play. Make it happen sony.
Just fix it. Tired of being on the phone just to talk to people on my friends list.
