Ridiculous in this day and age that we can't get decent internet speeds! Weekends are unusable !!

Disgraceful in this day and age that a new housing estate hasn't been equipped with a fibre based network. I've been here nearly 10yrs now and speeds are now slower than when I first moved here. Polite words fail me......

I work primarily from home and am working longer hours due to poor connectivity speeds, this is not right. Currently I have taken the measure of removing the face plate from my BT Socket and plugging my cable direct to source as this has reduced line static and got me to 3mb connections.

My internet connection is poor at maximum speed of less than 2Mbps.

Bad planning by developers and disgraceful "customer service" by the lazy monopolists at BT/Openreach. If Virgin cabled this estate they'd make a killing

It’s nearly a year we moved here and still on ridiculous Internet connection at times it goes below 1MBPS. Expected a decent connection when I moved into a new built area not a substandard one.

Please fix this. It is so frustrating, and almost feels like our Broadband fees are being stolen!

We moved from a property having 100Mbps to receiving 1MBPS. I cannot believe that this new development has been installed without fibre. Stop improving those who already have excellent connection & start focusing on those who barely have any. Our children have homework that need to be accessed & completed online, homeworkers unable to run their business & unable to watch things through such mediums as Amazon Prime etc available due to speeds not being high enough. We are forced to pay companies for services that we are entitled to receive through payment, yet are unable to access.

Shocked by ridiculously poor internet speed. Would not expect this of a new development.

This is a major issue! Simple tasks such as connecting to work systems or participating on conference calls are non existent!... I do recall the days of dial up Internet being faster than what we currently have!

Lets put pressure on BT to upgrade our street cabinet, so we can have a basic fibre provision. Also check: https://sites.google.com/site/chasemeadowra/news-and-action/high-speed-broadband

I work weekends and evenings a lot and i need the Internet to do this work. It makes no sense that such a big estate where so many people reside still suffer such terrible broadband.

Yes villages in the sticks have faster broadband - I work from home and this is costing me money
