We enjoy the dogs and cats that our neighbors keep as pets and tolerate the occasional barking dog. I would support a change in the city ordinance to allow residents to keep a few chickens or ducks. With the proper restrictions in place like we have for dogs and cats, ducks and chickens could be an interesting and healthy part of our neighborhoods.

Only if carefully controlled. There are enough neglected and abused animals, as well as sanitation issues, even without this added opportunity.

We live just down the block and have loved watching the ducks roaming freely in the backyard. We are completely in favor of changing the city ordinance to allow ducks and chickens.
