The low cost was very encouraging for people of lower class to travel. We are in a democracy and must be able to choose our airline.

Born in Mauritius and have only been back once. I would love to take my new family to see Mauritius. But seriously the monopoly air Mauritius has is way to expensive. I'd prefer to spend my money not on a plane fair, but on the island helping the economy.
