It's ridiculous that in an intellectual, modernised and supposedly forward thinking society like Singapore, we would even think about starting a petition to ban or shun someone due to his/her sexual orientation. Do the people still come from an unenlightened era where being gay is a disease and can spread via gay propaganda? Our "cultural diversity" has become a laughingstock to the world to we are seen as increasingly xenophobic, homophobic and less tolerant of differences, always expecting our government to solve such "social atrocities".
Please, fellow Singaporeans. Have a bigger heart, a more opened mind. Live and let live. Don't impart the wrong values to the next generation. There are bigger issues like terrorist threats, world hunger and poverty to tackle.

Those 2 hate groups should try to see talent for what it is. I hope they don't start thinking about banning Sam Smith as well. :(
We would be back to those days where long hair artistes are banned due to "moral issues". (Think Bee Gees and Kitaro). Such a waste.
