Many of us who play Pokemon grew up in the age when it first started. Spin off titles are more common than 10 years back. Now we have Rescue Team, Rumble, Ranger, Pinball, Colosseum, and others. Many of these have a sequel due to the creativity and praise from fans of the games. However, one of the spin offs hasn't had a second game made and it's the most original of them all.
Pokemon Snap
A game loved by all who played it for it's creativity and hasn't even been mentioned since it's release in 1999. The closest game we've had that is remotely similar is Dead Rising. While the gameplay being vastly different than any other games currently out does make it a bit of a gamble to be made, it means that if it is well received then it will sell lot hot cakes due to it being the only game of it's kind.
Then there's the fact this game was MADE for the Wii U and the controls. This game can be a tool used to raise console sales. With updated graphics, FAR more Pokemon, online competitiveness, unique controls, and the signatures garnered on this petition, it will be clear that a Pokemon Sequel needs to be made.
THIS MOMENTUM IS ABSOLUTELY ELECTRIC!! PEOPLE ARE FINALLY WAKING UP TO THE FACT THAT WE NEED A NEW POKEMON SNAP EXPERIENCE IMMEDIATELY!!

I loved Pokemon Snap as a kid, and like you stated, it was MADE for the Wii U. You could use the gamepad as the camera and move around, like Nintendo Land's main hub. Make this a thing, Nintendo!

Just a big fan, and would love to see a new instalment for Wii U. :)
