The scale of this response is sufficient to justify a formal inquiry with Nintendo corporate offices. I am currently drafting a letter to their software development team to present the clear market demand for this project.

This needs to happen so much. The technology is there and I believe that it would boost Wii U sales up tremendously! Great graphics, new items, and new levels plus 700 plus pokemon to choose from... Why aren't they making this?!
We really want this game, just leak a hint that the game is being made and see how many people will be excited about the game.
A game like this would be incredible for those of us who long for a nostalgic hit, while giving to us a game that will undoubtedly support the functionality of the Wii U GamePad to a large extent. Throw in some online features and extras, and you have yourselves a console-seller.
The gamepad is literally perfect for taking pics of pokemon. Its like they forgot the controller was made for a game exactly like this one.
PLEEEASE bring this back!! I spent so many hours on the 64 version when I was a kid. A new one with all the new gens would be a instant buy for me.
I'm from Germany, but I also waiting for this game. ^^

This needs to happen...or at least be a part of a free roaming rpg pokemon game.
This needs to happen so much. The technology is there and I believe that it would boost Wii U sales up tremendously! Great graphics, new items, and new levels plus 700 plus pokemon to choose from... Why aren't they making this?!
