I am actually currently drafting a proposal to send to a few potential restaurant owners in the area because the lack of kosher options keeps coming up in my inbox. People are sending me such personal stories about driving hours just for a decent meal and it honestly reminds me why I even started this whole thing in the first place.

I have lived here for ten years and it is so frustrating to have zero options. really hope someone listens to us.
would be so nice to actually eat out with my family once in a while without having to worry about ingredients. please make this happen!

Such a great idea for the area. Would love to have a place like this nearby for shabbat dinners when we dont want to cook.
