We, the Irish Travellers & natives of our beautiful country request formal apology from our Irish State.

I'm proud to stand with the Irish Travellers in asking for this basic recognition of their human rights.

We are not animals we are all human we deserve our rights

I don't believe travellers should be discriminated against or treated any differently from any other human being and I think it's downright disgraceful what them people are doing refusing the remaining people of carrickminds that temporary site

Travellers have made a huge contribution to Irish culture

Traveller rights are human rights

irish settled community make me so proud i was born in the uk

Acceptable Raceism is no longer acceptable, we demand an apology.

I am an Irish citizen as are my family for many many generations but most importantley i am a Traveller . I value our traditions and respect our family values. Our way of life may not be your cup of tea but who are you to judge me ?? I may not agree with how other irish people live there lives ,, going parting getting pregant at a young age not knowing whoi the father is to de baby ,, gangland killings etc but hey thats your way of life thats how you want to live it FINE by me i can not judge so why do you judge me ?? I deserve the same respect and treatmebt as any other irish citizen and i am not a shame of been a travelker i am very proud but very ashamed to be Irish

In the light of the recent tragic deaths of the Carrickmines 10 Angels , and the divert to hatred and slaunder allowed across the media , I am signing this for my good friends who are from the Travelling Community and whom I work with and their children go to my childrens school and are great friends , I do not want my childrens friends to think they are second class citizens because they are Travellers , we should be all equal especially children x

They'd wanna do something. Shouldn't have taken the death of a poor family for them to take us seriously !!

As an Irish Traveller I believe that I and every Irish Traveller deserve an apology from the Irish Government
