I am ashamed that another school is destroying the arts to save a nickel. How about thag football team and their immense budget? Or basketball? Why is it always music that gets torn down?

Institutional control who the hell are you !? That’s a term used by NCAA to sanction teams. Then you don’t even tell us what happened to deserve this. The parents and students deserve to know. Institutional control tells us nothing!

I’ve never met them, but based on the history I know of DeKalb and there excellent choral program.... how dare you take away this amazing duo and program. Shame on you

This is just not right how could they do such a thing to them and all they ever did was make Dekalb show choir amazing and to help represent this school. so what has changed over the 34 years. Dekalb is supposed to be a non bullying school and we are supposed to be leaders not followers.Dekalb is also supposed to show respect twards the STAFF and students. What has changed since then.they did nothing but steel the hearts of the kids they have reached and to make amazing memories with them. Last time I checked you're not supposed to be rude and disrespectful to the staff. This is my opinion on this I just think that'll there's no reason at all to do this than it should not happen. Breaking the students hearts is not a good thing either because people have gotten so attached to them and made amazing memories with wining all the things they have won. Whatever happens I will always support these two amazing people even though I Roby know them that much l. Just think about this are you really making a good choice over something that has been over disrespecting one another and isn't that a sign of bullying others and we're supposed to be against it. To me this is just not right all she's guil8of is steeling a part of each and everyone of her students hearts and making them the best that they can be.

This is so wrong in so many ways! I never did show choir myself, however I was in color guard and knew the Johnson's due to being in the same hall all the time and several friends who learned many life skills with this program....why change now
