The sheer number of people backing these workers proves that Chartwells cannot keep hiding behind their intimidation tactics. We have built enough momentum to make them sweat and now we keep the pressure on until they respect the right to organize.

Hope they get the union they need. Company management needs to back off and let the staff decide for themselves.
We see what you are doing Chartwells. Stop bothering these people and let them have their election.
Let them vote without the fear tactics. Everyone deserves a fair shake at work.

This is ridiculous. It is 2014 and people still cant organize without getting pushed around?
