I support the park build out with sports themes- we built our home here and have been expecting this for over 10 years - finally here is our chance.

I believe that placing the field at 91st St and East Trailside is the most logical and convenient location for the residents of DC Ranch and community. I would support that decision.

These athletic fields are needed very much and will benefit many children and their families.

DC Ranch residents are OUTRAGED that our agreement between the City of Scottsdale and DC Ranch may be violated if our City Park is replaced by a Football Stadium, especially given and our troubling CONCERNS • Stadium Football Field lighting will infiltrate into our ‘darkened community’ which uses dim porch and accent lights, rather than street lights, to create a relaxing nighttime atmosphere • Noise from the Football Stadium crowds and public address system will replace the quiet atmosphere sacred to our DC Ranch residents • Traffic safety is problematic given the number of car collisions involving the road shared by the proposed Football Stadium and DC Ranch entrance; this road is not designed for heavier traffic • A Football Stadium across the street from DC Ranch is not harmonious with the beautiful neighborhoods specially designed to convey warmth and beauty • Property devaluation given the light/noise spillage, traffic congestion/safety and aesthetics MANY DC Ranch residents feel outraged

Support athletic field

The students of Scottsdale Prep deserve and need to have "home" fields that all students can benefit from as student athletes and spectators. Incorporating it into a public park for community benefits the community also.
